Today was a good day, we were out at the beach and thought I could do some exercise. I try to time myself on how long I can jog and guess what?!! it was only freaking two minutes..and I was already tired. Geez I guess I need to do some cardio exercise more often however I do remember one time I was told by a gym trainer not to do cardio since I am really skinny for my height. He told me it will make me lose weight even more. Anyhow it was a good experience for the first time and I thought I had muscle cramp already.
